Hatem Bazian is a co-founder and Professor of Islamic Law and Theology at Zaytuna College, the first accredited Muslim liberal arts college in the United States. He is also the founder of the Islamophobia Research and Documentation Project at the Center for Race and Gender, which researches the systematic Othering of Islam and Muslims.
Sr. Nahela Morales is a globe trotting Da’iya, speaking in such countries as Sweden, Columbia, Brazil, and especially her native Mexico. She is also the co-founder of Embrace, an ICNA national project created for reverts by reverts, that helps provide them with a sense of community, belonging, identity, and spiritual growth.
Ammar Shain has been immersed in the Islamic sciences from a very young age, gaining his education from Al-Azhar as well as various US institutions. Having served as an Imam at various masajid, he currently serves as an Imam at the Islamic Center of Davis, CA.​
Imam Tahir Anwar  has served the Bay Area Muslim community since 2000. He also teaches Islamic Law at the renowned Zaytuna College. In addition, he is the founding board member of Averroes High School, the Bay Area’s first Muslim high school. He is currently the chairman of the board of NISA, North-American Islamic Shelter for the Abused, an organization that works towards alleviating issues related to domestic violence. He has a passion for community service. He served on the Human Rights Commission for the City of San Jose for over 5 years and on the Human Relations Commission for the County of Santa Clara for one year.
